Work has begun on Spring Apostles’ House

The next Habitat home is being built for Demetra Petty and her two children, Christopher (7) and Aiyana (1). They are currently living in a cramped, run down trailer and are looking forward to having a home of their own. Their new home is located at 270 Arnold Dr. in the Sunset Subdivision in Starkville. Right now this house is being built by student volunteers from Rockford College in Illinois who are in Starkville for their Spring Break as a part of Habitat’s Collegiate Challenge program.
